Just like a regular class, we offer set time slots with limited spots available. However, once you secure your spot, it's yours for the entire hour, and how you use it is entirely up to you!
Here's how it works:
Reserve one of the 18 spots available for each class, just like you would for any other yoga session.
Once you're in, the space is yours to use as you see fit. Whether you can only spare 10 minutes, want to practice for 30 minutes, or stay for the full hour, the choice is entirely yours.
Feel free to join in at any point during the hour; your spot is waiting for you whenever you arrive.
For those who enjoy the heat, you're welcome to turn on the heat in the hot room. However, we kindly ask that you turn it off when you leave to help conserve energy and reduce our environmental impact. Consistent neglect of this request may result in access being revoked.
