Joining Class: Embark on your yoga journey by creating your account and securing your spot in our welcoming community. Preregistration ensures we tailor each class to your unique needs. Your support in scheduling is invaluable and aids Melissa in managing her ADHD. If you're not feeling your best, please prioritize self-care and stay home. Let's cherish each other's well-being and uphold our courtesy policy.
Preparing for Class: Arrive 15 minutes early, equipped with your essentials: water, mat, and towel.
Class Start Protocol : Doors close promptly at class time, and the session starts 5 minutes afterward.
Forgot something? No worries if you forget something—we’ve got everything you need! Just bring yourself (and maybe a change of clothes). Dress comfortably for our cozy studio, kept at a warm 90-100 degrees. When you arrive, head inside to the second floor under the blue canopy with the pink sign. The door will be open—slip off your shoes, grab a mat (we have extras if needed), and step into our yoga space. Each instructor brings their unique style, so let’s embrace their individuality and enjoy the collective energy of our yoga family.

Embrace the serenity and silence, allowing your breath to guide you deeper into your practice. Save your conversations for our cozy lounge, preserving the tranquil ambiance for all to enjoy.
During Class: Tune into your body's wisdom – it's your best guide. Keep hydrated, especially in our warm environment. Stow your belongings in the lobby to ensure a spacious and free-flowing class. Your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere is truly appreciated.
After Class: As you conclude your practice, exit the studio within 5 minutes to keep the space pristine for others. And don't forget to schedule your next session to keep your wellness journey flourishing!
